Imperial Marsh Preserve consists of 5 different parcels or "Tracts" that are adjacent to the larger state-owned Imperial Marsh. They are between Corkscrew Road and State Road 82 in the southeastern portion of the county.

The Preserve consists of a mosaic of both human-altered and natural plant communities including swamps, pine flatwoods, oak hammock, freshwater marsh and pasture lands. The majority of the sites are fairly new acquisitions to the Preserve, and Conservation 20/20 Staff are currently conducting periodic field work to get to know them better.
