Mullock Creek Preserve (MCP) is 4.3 acres in size making it the smallest named Conservation 20/20 preserve. It lies between US 41 and along the eastern bank of a south branching tributary of Mullock Creek.

Lee County Natural Resources will be performing hydrological restoration work in this area and will be incorporating some of the preserve's areas into their plans. Mullock Creek Preserve contains seven plant communities including wetland forested mixed, temperate hardwood, xeric oak, pine-mesic oak, exotic wetland hardwood, disturbed lands, and a portion of the creek's tributary.

The drier xeric oak community is home to a small population of state-listed gopher tortoises, while a small American alligator was noted along the flowing creek.
