This preserve is 800 acres in size and includes several parcels in or adjacent to the Flint Pen Strand, most of which is owned by the South Florida Water Management District, and is part of the Corkscrew Regional Ecosytem Watershed.
The preserve provides habitat for white-tailed deer, wild turkey, black bear and Florida Panther.
There is no public access except by appointment or special arrangement. |
