Land Stewardship Plans
Land Stewardship Plans (LSP's) also known as Management Plans are an important
part of the conservation, protection and stewardship of Lee County's
Environmental Lands. The LSP provides an overview of the environment and
ecosystems on each preserve and outlines the actions necessary to restore,
conserve and protect the land.
In order for the LSP to become active it goes through several approval stages.
This process includes approval by the Management Subcommittee,
CLASAC and the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Before the plan is sent
to the BOCC for final approval
it is available for public review and comment. If reviewing one of the LSP
during the public comment period please use the
"Online Comment Card" to leave any feedback you might have.
